Thank you for shopping with us. Bun Bun Corp. takes pride in our quality of products and runs a three-stage quality control on all products, and proudly ships all orders from the US.

At this time we are offering our products only in the US with the hopes that we will be able to provide our products worldwide shortly.  

Once we receive your order we will process it within 2-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then ship your items to you with our shipping provider which typically delivers within 7 business days. Our standard shipping typically takes about 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) . Our shipping times are an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bunbuncorp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen we are happy to provide assistance with the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier, the responsibility will fall on you the customer to contact the shipping carrier and file the Claim. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are notified by our shipping carrier that they are not able to ship to your P.O box we will update you with the proper information and solution.
