How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
How Long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within the domestic US take about 5-7 business days to arrive.
What Shipping Carrier do you use?
We offer shipping Mainly through UPS, depending on your location we may use USPS or FedEx. You’ll be asked during checkout to provide a Ship to Address and a carrier will be determined by that information.
